This week the children from First to Sixth Class attended a series of workshops with Ingrid Foley from SEAI. Through a series of games and activities they learned where our energy comes from, why and how we save energy. The hands on workshops explored the principals of energy, current global problems and what we can do about it, and the science of energy and climate change. The children carried out energy experiments, played the energy game, had lots of fun and learned a lot. Thank you Ingrid.
