Maths Trails

On Thursday all the boys and girls throughout the school engaged in fun Maths Trails around the school.  They had lots of fun exploring maths in our school environment.

Maths Stations

Thank you to the boys and girls in Ms McDermott’s Rang a Sé who led and facilitated maths stations with all the boys and girls throughout the school.  The children were fully engaged in lots of fun games and activities.  A great day for all.

Exploring Maths in Art

Sixth Class looked at how we can use two maths concepts such as shape and colour to create some striking art pieces.

Maths Masterpieces!

Our Junior Infants, Senior Infants and First Class used shapes to create their own pictures. Everyone was so creative using lots of different shapes to create their own artwork!
