The children throughout the school had lots of fantastic learning experiences on the lead up to Halloween.  Lovely art decorated the classrooms.  The children dressed up in frighteningly good costumes.  Assembly was a feast of fabulous songs, poems, stories, dramas and rhymes.  There was amazing creativity on display.  The children loved their spooky walk through the woods at Kilglass House which had so many artistic treats on display. It was great to add two lovely scarecrows to the Easkey Scarecrow Festival this year from the school.  A big congratulations to Cayden and Geraldine Gordon who won with their brilliant scarecrow “The Hunchback”.  Enjoy the videos below which give a flavour of Halloween in Kilglass National School.
