Debate Winners

Congratulations to our 2025 debaters on taking part and winning their first debate. It was extra special this year with the debates happening in person, allowing the students to experience the thrill and excitement in the ATU.

Our three speakers represented proudly but it truly was a whole class effort. On Wednesday, the class held a ‘rebuttal workshop’ where they planned out and wrote rebuttals for the team and it was this group effort which clinched the win for us in the end.

Well done to Fifth and Sixth for their tremendous work and we have some very professional arguers in the making.
