Green  Schools  News.

On  Tuesday  15th May  Roisín, Aisling and  Keelan  attended  the  Green  Schools awards ceremony  in Claremorris. The  day  started  at  10.30a.m.  with  presentations  by   An Taisce  personnel. Schools  from  Sligo, Mayo  and Leitrim  attended  the  event. We  were  awarded  the  green  flag  for  Global  Citizenship  – Litter  and  Waste.  Pupils  from 1st  and 2nd classes were busy  planting  potatoes, strawberries, turnips and lettuce this week  also.
